Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a hardworking Localization QA Lead to join our Localization Team. This lead will drive effective and efficient test life cycle activities for all Blizzard game franchises. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with outstanding communication and relationship building skills, proven interest in test project management, a strong passion for high-quality games and products, and experience in taking care of multiple teams and cultures in changing environments. The successful candidate will actively collaborate with partner teams in Localization, with our global
suppliers and with game, creative and publishing teams in the United States. A key responsibility of this role is ensuring that Blizzard standards are upheld for all languages worldwide. Our Localization Team’s mission is ‘It Feels Blizzard in Every Language’, and the LQA Lead is a key player in fulfilling this mission. In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $23.85 - $44.12 Hourly. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
