Local IT Technician [Operations]

Job Description
As a Local IT Technician at Massive you'll be part of a team that support workstations, servers and other IT systems. The team's role is to ensure all computers and systems are running smoothly and that any incidents are taken care of in a timely manner.
Your primary role is to deliver IT Services to the organization ranging from simple services, such as installing and supporting desktop workstations to more complex services like working with servers and supporting our on-site virtual environment. You’ll work in close cooperation with the rest of the IT team and the different projects where you’ll be able to help us making sure we can execute these as smooth as possible. You will be a part of a close-knit team, finding challenging new solutions in a diverse working environment.

Responsibilities
- Providing the highest standard of client support
- Handling all levels of technical support (1st and 2nd line) in a professional and timely manner
- Performing troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
- Continuously helping to improve existing IT tools and processes
- Be a part of planning and managing projects within Local IT
Qualifications

You see yourself being resourceful and creative and strives to evolve and learn new technologies. You have the ability to take ownership of your tasks at hand. You're customer-oriented with great communication skills in English (our company language).
Besides the above we’re looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:
- You have professional working experience with on-site IT support
- Deep knowledge about IT troubleshooting and incident handling
- Documented experience supporting Microsoft Windows
- Scripting experience is a plus (PowerShell for example)
- Experience in working in large, fast changing organization
- Prior experience of project orientation is an advantage in this position
- MacOS experience is a plus
- Linux experience is a plus
- Sharepoint Online experience is a plus
