Local IT Team Lead [Operations]

Job Description
As a Local IT Team Lead at Massive Entertainment you will be responsible for ensuring a proper Quality of Service for your team and contributing to the overall success of the IT team.
You will supervise the daily operations of the team and scope demands, and be responsible for your teams' development and it’s performance. You act as a point of escalation for your team.

What you'll do
- Organize your team, creating and supporting a collaborative working environment
- Supporting the studio’s IT strategy
- Gather feedback from your service users to ensure support and delivery is in line with expectations
- Provide a clear escalation path for the projects and team
- Oversee the customer request distribution and timely resolution within your team
- Ensure quality reporting on operational tasks
- Ensure that service delivery follow local policies, practises and standards
- Ensure awareness of Ubisoft and Studio Best Practices / Policies
- Must deliver cover for operational workloads when necessary
- Provide continual service improvements
Qualifications
What you'll bring

You are well organized and able to prioritize your work in order to be efficient in a fast-paced changing environment. As a leader, you have a good ability working in teams, cooperating, communicating, and coaching different people from various backgrounds and experiences but also supporting internal stakeholders. We also believe that you have a proactive autonomous mindset, constantly looking for improvements in your teams’ processes and daily work in order to become even more efficient.
Besides the above we’re looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience of working within an IT support team
- Broad technical IT knowledge
- Team lead experience
- Supporting data driven decision management
- Experience of Service Management
- Handling negotiations
- Executing operational IT goals
- College diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Good communication skills in English, verbally and written.
Other beneficial experiences:
- ITIL v3 or higher foundation certification
- Project Management knowledge
