The Role
You will be a part of a company of super-achievers who work together to bring forth the evolution of entertainment. The ideal candidate has prior blockchain, experience, excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. We want someone with experience and passion for web3, cryptocurrency, and NFTs. We would love someone with a deep passion for games, strong product management skills, and an impressive track record for working in a fast-paced, evolving, creative-minded environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring games design aligns with company retention and revenue targets.
- Drive player engagement to increase currency utility.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Engineering and Product teams.
- Design mechanics to increase in game currency utility while controlling supply/demand.
- Design frequent in game events to keep the player experience fresh.
- Design new features for LiveOps.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Multiple years of experience as a game designer.
- In game monetization design experience is a plus.
- Experience creating game loops/mechanics focused on driving revenue and retention.
- Understanding of in game economies and how to design around them.
- Solid Spreadsheet skills.
- Documentation skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of Data Structures.
- Scripting.
- Regular Expressions.
