Live Services Campaign Associate Manager, Global - EA SPORTS FIFA

The EA SPORTS FIFA Live Services Associate Campaign Manager is responsible for supporting the development & execution of integrated omni-channel marketing activations for EA SPORTS FIFA with a focus on driving in-game engagement, building player relationships, and delivering on business goals throughout the product life cycle. The role supports the Global Live Services Campaign lead to ensure an integrated approach to planning and execution across the entirety of the campaign.

Core Responsibilities:

- Marketing Live Service Roadmap:

- Work alongside Snr Manager to develop the yearly go-to-market strategy for Live Services Marketing Beats.

- Manage our agency partners, contractors, and freelancers. Responsibilities include daily communications, briefing, and activity tracking.

- Responsibilities include budget tracking, legal approvals, and activation measurement/retrospective support.

- CFX Lead for Global Live Service Marketing:

- Own and deliver beat briefs across all A & AA LS Beats. Partner directly with Social, Core Community, Influencers, Dev UI/UX Design Teams, Live Dev and DCL and other cross-functional teams to lead campaigns and ensure dedicated CFX support across every FUT Beat.

- Develop & execute a FUT Focused Influencer/Core Community strategy alongside our Integrated Comms Teams & strategy partners.

- Develop and execute a eSports Crossover of FUT Campaigns with eSports Programming.

- Support esports marketing team with campaign oversight & ongoing guidance to complement the overarching marketing plan

- On Timezone, collaborate with the Athlete, Partnerships, & Regional Marketing teams to optimize ongoing campaigns & maximize upcoming Marketing Beats & opportunities across the entirety of the Live Service calendar.

- Live Development Direct Liaison:

- Off Timezone Marketing POC into the Live Content PM team, the LS Associate Manager will execute, inform and collaborate on a daily basis with Live Content PMs, DCL, EARO Dev to mobilize LS Content Marketing for the broader Marketing Org.

- A & AA FUT Campaigns

- Player Of The Month/TOTW/Partner Integration Programs

- Special Items:

- EOAE, Player Moments etc.

- Featured Squad Battles.

Core Deliverables:

- Campaign Readiness : Ongoing risk and opportunity assessment towards flawless execution of key beats through the entire live service campaign

- Campaign optimization: On-going support & assessment of business objectives, industry trends, and campaign plans to help inform changes and/or improvements to ongoing marketing activations.

- Campaign Reporting: Own the reporting process for all FUT Beats to truly understand and optimize our Marketing process and KPI’s YoY.

Requirements

- 3+ experience creating integrated marketing campaigns and activations

- Strong understanding of all areas of marketing to manage integrated omni-channel consumer-facing campaigns

- Ability to drive and execute marketing activations to optimize product performance/engagement

- Commercial / Business acumen & understanding with strong analytical skills

- Excels at establishing and fostering strong internal and external relationships; consistently delivers exceptional work that instils a high degree of confidence with partners

- Adept at managing up and in partnership with a complex matrix of partners across regions.

- Ability to take direction, be solution driven and manage priorities with self-sufficiency with remote team members

- Strong understanding & experience with Adobe & Office tools

- Passion for Sports/Football, and gaming
