Live Ops Product Manager (Mobile Shooters) - M/W/NB - Ubisoft Mobile

Job Description
As a Live Ops Product Manager, you will have a huge impact on the success of our mobile games by ensuring that we make decisions in our game that create unique player experiences together with the best possible ROI. Your job is to create, configure, and maintain in-game promotional events, contests, new content and monetization plans to drive monthly KPI goals of the games for the APAC region on Rainbow Six Mobile as well as other shooters.
We are looking for a person with strong experience in F2P GaaS publishing, preferably in a Live Ops role. You have the exceptional combination of creativity and pragmatism in you, which enables you to collaborate flexibly between different functions. You don´t get agitated by conflicting needs and simultaneous priorities, but rather keep your eye on the big picture.
Responsibilities
- Manage Live Ops - particularly in game events & monetization - to strengthen engagement from our players
- Orchestrate engaging in-game events/beats for the APAC audience
- In-game shop administration (bundles, offers, discounts, etc.)
- Develop a comprehensive in-game event strategy
- Monitor and report on the performance of the promotions and events and their impact on KPIs and game health
- Create or modify Live Ops processes to ensure time and energy is spent in the right areas
- Support the product feature and tool roadmap by surfacing unmet player and project needs
- Work closely with the Studio and the local Marketing and Community teams in defining the product strategy
- Be involved in the early game design, and making sure that monetization and long-term engagement are taken into consideration
- Support the Producer in making business cases for new contents or feature requests
Qualifications
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Prior experience in product management, system design, live operations or analytics
- Deep understanding of GaaS and free-to-play business model
- Comfortable with numbers and leveraging them to make a point
- Strong project management skills and ability to present work to others
- Self-motivated and with a drive to execute those ideas cross-functionally
- Must love creating fun, compelling, and engaging user experiences
- Passion for dissecting and analyzing games, systems, and features/contents
- Prior experience in developing publishing and monetization plans a plus
- You are a gamer at heart, and you particularly love shooters
- English professional level mandatory. Asian languages are bonus points!
