[ ABOUT THE ROLE ]
We are seeking a talented Live Operations Manager to join our team. As the Live Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our free-to-play mobile game through strategic live ops and monetization initiatives.
[Responsibilities]
- Executing live ops and monetization strategy that aligns with both audience expectations and the company’s business objectives.
- Leading the day-to-day implementation of the strategy, overseeing schedules, targets, and overall performance of in-game sales, offers, and live events.
- Managing the roadmap of features and tools essential for enhancing and innovating the live ops of the game, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure their development.
- Collaborating with game analysts to conduct quantitative analysis, extracting valuable insights into product performance and identifying opportunities for enhanced engagement and monetization.
- Collaborating with the QA and Customer Support teams to enhance the player experience.
[Qualification]
- At least 5 years of experience in free-to-play mobile games.
- Previous experience in QA, Producer or Customer Support roles in a mobile gaming firm.
- Passion for video games, specifically shooting games, with a deep understanding of current industry trends.
- Strong communication, time management and collaboration skills.
- Basic knowledge of game development tools and engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Demonstrated track record and experience in running and growing a live free-to-play game.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an emphasis on metrics-driven decision-making.
