Live Content Producer

As a Live Content Producer, working in our marketing department, your responsibility is to design and produce live content for our various brands and product marketing teams, with a strong focus on streaming content, but ambitions for a wider variety of formats. You’re one of several content producers, part of a central team producing streams and other live & community-oriented formats. You lead projects assigned to you, from simple streaming formats to more ambitious content series and live events.

You act as a service provider internally, answering requests from Product Marketing Managers, setting clear audience and engagement objectives for the content you produce, and taking ownership and responsibility of your deliverables. You also produce benchmark and post-mortems to ensure a continuous improvement in the quality and relevancy of the content formats you produce.

You’re a creative and organized content producer, with a service-oriented mindset, a strong commitment to delivery, and desire to consistently push for higher quality standards. You’ll have to come up with original and creative content formats answering the needs and specifics of various games and products, as well as manage the production of recurrent content series and streaming sessions. On a day to day basis, to work in collaboration with multiple partners and clients, and with all Paradox IPs and products.

You also regularly work and coordinate with freelance video & content producers and agencies to ensure the delivery of your projects.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, develop, and produce format recommendations for live content, serving marketing and community objectives for Paradox Interactive’s various live products and brands.
• Assume ownership and leadership in your projects to produce and create live shows, game streaming, video content, and other live content.
• Work in collaboration with the various marketing teams, specifically Product Marketing Managers, Community Developers and Creative Producers, to ensure the delivery and success of those content formats.
• Support the development and growth of our various video and live streaming channels (Twitch, Mixer, YouTube…).
• Manage and coordinate with freelance video & content producers.

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience working with content & video production, community, streaming, live events and/or digital marketing in the video game industry..
• Proficiency in video production skills and software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect)
• Proficiency in streaming solutions & software ( OBS, Xsplit or equivalent)
• Extensive knowledge of online streaming platforms (Twitch, Youtube, Mixer, etc.)
• An excellent ability to efficiently work with a large number and variety of partners and stakeholders..
• Solid and reliable project management capabilities.
• A deep understanding of and interest in video game culture and communities.
• Interest in and experience with the games developed & published by Paradox Interactive is preferrable.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
