Line Producer (Games)

Job Overview
Wargaming is currently seeking a Line Producer for our current project. This individual will be assisting the Producer in all aspects of production for a console game
Reports To
The Producer.
What will you do?
- Manage aspects of game production as directed by the Producer, including art, animation, design, documentation, approvals, continuity, audio, testing, approvals, and archiving.
- Track schedules, manage assets, identify risks in the schedule, and troubleshoot communication and dependency problems, and create contingent plans.
- Monitor day-to-day administration of the project, record and maintain project information and documentation, and report project status to Producer on a regular basis.
- Organize style guides, art, design and technical specifications for the project and ensure they are accurate and current.
- Facilitate team communication and ensure timely dissemination of information.
- Collaborate with the Producer and Leads to motivate and inspire the team.
- Maintain and enhance creative relationships with outside vendors.
- Be responsible for demonstrations and presentations of the project.
- Ensure timely delivery of necessary art assets from outside vendors
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of two years production experience with one or more complete development cycles in a production role or the equivalent working with software developers, artists, or designers from pre-production to ship.
- Must have a working knowledge of game production scheduling as well as schedule management.
- Demonstrate ability to be detail oriented to ensure complex tasks are delivered correctly
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, risk assessment and problem solving.
- The demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate clearly and motivate others on the team.
- Ability to manage external vendor relationships.
- Working knowledge of the issues faced by artists, programmers, and designers in the day-to-day performance of their duties, and the ability to resolve them while maintaining the team’s moral.
- Experience with online multiplayer games for console systems a plus.
- Experience with free-to-play games a plus
