2K is a leading global publisher and developer of interactive entertainment. Our critically-acclaimed, best selling franchises include NBA 2K, Borderlands, WWE 2K, BioShock, XCOM and Civilization.
The 2K Channel team assists with the Lifecycle Management of all 2K video games. We work in conjunction with Brand, Sales, Finance and other stakeholders to achieve sales and marketing goals in conjunction with our retail partners. We operate in both the physical environment with accounts such as GameStop and Walmart and in the digital space with accounts including the PlayStation Store and Steam. We enjoy finding solutions to challenges faced, discovering new opportunities and celebrating our wins.
What We Need:
2K Channel is searching for a temporary employee to assist us with our Lifecycle Management duties. Primary responsibilities include maintaining and improving Excel grids which track retail promotional activity and associated metrics as well as extracting, formatting and publishing related data from our Lifecycle Management system.
What You Will Do:
- Develop expertise in Anaplan, the 2K Lifecycle Management data tracking system
- Extract, organize and publish Anaplan data for stakeholder use and analysis
- Utilize and innovate Excel templates to more efficiently study and present data
- Work with support team to identify and resolve system issues and implement improvements
- Related ad hoc Channel projects
- Misc. support and administrative duties

An eagle-eye for accuracy, strong work ethic and an approachable and collaborative manner are paramount.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of spreadsheet-focused experience
- Extensive Excel knowledge, including hotkeys/shortcuts, pivots, formulas and formatting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work with groups from different time zones
- Attention to detail, quick learner and responsive to constructive feedback
- Interactive entertainment industry knowledge and PowerPoint a plus
