As Legal Administrator you will play a key role in supporting the efficient and effective operation of a global legal team. You will serve as a consultant and implementer in maintaining team-wide practice resources, supporting routine legal functions, and handling the daily management of logistics planning, travel coordination, and other crucial business matters. We are looking for someone with the ability to communicate effectively and work alongside a world class team!
What You’ll Do:
- Carry out all administrative duties including, but not limited to, scheduling, calendar management, processing expenses, purchase orders, invoice approval and owning all components of travel.
- Connect with global and regional employees to coordinate logistics of meetings both internally and externally.
- Manage and coordinate team summits, events, and practice resource development.
- Handle confidential information that requires discretion in deciding what is appropriate to share with whom for business purposes.
- Support attorneys and legal staff in the preparation of legal documents, correspondence, and presentation materials.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of experience supporting legal teams and/or senior legal leaders in an administrative capacity.
- Curious – eager to learn and up-to-date on administrative tools, with well-honed problem definition and solution skills.
- Organized – with an eye towards continuous improvement to build & implement efficient, simple, and scalable processes.
- Collaborative – able to build trust, partner, and advise peers and leaders of all levels.
- Empathetic - an administrative professional who delights in providing outstanding experiences for leaders, partners, and employees.
- Communicative – with integrity, empathy, and tact - promoting a positive working environment.
- Tech-savvy - comfortable with both Mac and PC and an Office 365 and SharePoint power user who can quickly learn and adapt to new programs and systems.
