Learning and Development Coordinator

We are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our passionate and talented People and Talent team, where we are building on the years of success that Rebellion has enjoyed.

The Rebellion People and Talent Team partner with the whole of the Rebellion Group (across five office locations) on all people issues, enabling them to deliver across all areas of the business. The Learning and Development coordinator is a new role within the organisation and offers the opportunity for you to really make a difference. One of the areas the team are building upon is our internal Learning and Development offering across the Rebellion group, in this position you will play a key role in delivering our vision to ensure all our teams receive the training they need to perform at their highest potential.

What you’ll be doing

Your role will involve communicating with managers to determine training needs and mapping out development plans for their teams as well as individuals. You will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, and conducting training activities across the Rebellion group.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with managers to identify training needs and areas of improvement
• Creating annual training plans for teams & individuals
• Creating & delivering relevant in-house training programs
• Selecting the most appropriate delivery method and activities
• Researching and recommending new training techniques, creating the curriculum, and updating it to reflect developments within the industry
• Develop & maintain accurate training records

Requirements

• A previous background in training
• Demonstrable experience in developing & delivering in-house training programs
• Evidence of strong administrative and organisational skills
• Proactive and self-motivated, customer focused with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Able to work on own initiative and within a team environment
