Key Accountabilities:
- Design and develop innovative e-learning content in a structured and well written format as part of a blended training solution within the organisation’s learning management system (LMS). You will need to understand e-learning design principles and adult learning theory, along with a keen eye for attention to detail.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to optimise course design, layout, and interactivity within the LMS environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS, providing support to users experiencing difficulties with accessing or utilising the system.
- Support management in the monitoring of training activity and completion rates with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Deliver training sessions, which includes delivery of onboarding, technical upskilling and general skill-based learning, via the appropriate platforms as and when required; i.e. classroom, webinar, workshops and e-learning.
- Coordinate with Recruitment and Head of Departments on incoming projects to ensure all scheduled and short-notice work is supported with the appropriately trained staff required on a day-to-day operations basis.
The role is hybrid, your presence in the office will be required three days a week and when training delivery is needed. When developing training materials, you can work “normal” office hours (9am to 5pm, with a 30 min break), however you will need to be flexible to meet business demands, especially when it comes to training delivery as some of our team members start at 7.30am and some work evenings.

Requirements
Knowledge and Skills – Essential:
- Strong interpersonal /communications skills able to adapt to different audiences.
- Experience in designing and delivering training and development modules and materials such as guides, training videos and eLearning content.
- Ability to constantly re-prioritise, along with excellent project management skills to meet objectives and business requirements on time.
- Ability to design and create training materials with an understanding of instructional design and best practice.
- Experience in delivering training in a variety of different environments, such as one-to-one, group sessions and remote sessions, to all levels of employees.
- A natural intellectual curiosity and a creative mindset which you use to implement forward-thinking ideas across different roles and departments.
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes.
- High attention to detail with written content, including copy writing and proofing.
Desirable
- Video production, editing and graphic design skills (e.g. with Adobe Creative Suite)..
- Proven track history of developing and delivery training to support employees as they transition through their career and gain management and leadership positions.
- Experience in an action-orientated service delivery centre; i.e. used to working in a fast-paced, customer centric environment.
- Ability to conduct research, analysis and advise accordingly.
- Previous experience in delivering technology-based training (particularly within a games or application development business).
