You will be the central contact for Riot Regional Teams, the VALORANT Anti-Cheat team, the VALORANT Player Behavior Team, and the Riot Global Esports Events team. You will manage the global player database ensuring all players meet the minimum eligibility requirements to compete. Additionally, you will run the end-to-end bug exploit process by working with the VALORANT dev team to communicate known bugs that may compromise competitive integrity. You will also manage the global competition calendar and stay informed about any potential operational issues flagging them. Lastly, you will work with your team and partners to develop competitive formats for global events.

You will join our VALORANT Competitive Operations team, which designs the competitive ecosystem. The team is is also responsible for creating the rules and policies that govern the sport, investigating violations of those rules, and enforcing penalties. You will report into the Senior Manager of League Operations.
