Lead UI programmer (W/M/NB) - NEW PROJECT

Job Description
Under the responsibility of the Technical Director GPP in charge of your skills development, you will be in charge of:
PRODUCTION :
Design and implement menu and interface systems maintaining uniform visual and logistical aspects
Integration in coordination with the Hud UI Art team
Supervise the programming and optimization of the modules behind the user interface
Manage different platforms Manage menu accessibility
Report inconsistency or accessibility issues
Management of JIRA tasks according to their priorities
KNOWLEDGE MAINTENANCE :
Help develop a vision for programming technologies
Monitor technology and test new solutions
Have a global vision of the issues related to the integration of interfaces
Stay informed of UI developments in the competition
MANAGEMENT :
Technical support on the realization of UI Programmer tasks
Prioritize, organize and coordinate the day-to-day tasks of the team to ensure deadlines and quality are maintained
Supervise, lead, guide and motivate team members
Manage and monitor team recruitments
Management and maintenance of macro-planning
Qualifications
Good knowledge of C++ and real-time programming constraints
Knowledge and passion for the video game industry
Taste for UI and UX
Knowledge of nodal programming tools (FlowGraph / BluePrint)
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Task management and scheduling Team spirit, autonomy, proactivity
