Lead Solutions Consultant

Immutable is looking for a Lead Solutions Consultant to drive a seamless onboarding experience for high-touch customers onto Immutable X, the leading open-ecosystem scaling solution for trading and creating NFTs on Ethereum. You’ll play a crucial role in building a high-performance culture and enabling our sales and integrations team to be successful in launching customers’ dream businesses on Immutable X.

Ideally, you will have previously designed solutions for business customers of an API based product. You’ll have experience leading a team and are capable of providing technical advice and guidance to integrating customers and partners of Immutable X, helping them get to market faster, with a more valuable implementation. You will be capable of doing everything from interpreting business outcomes and designing step by step API guides, to recommending high-level technical architecture and business decisions and persuading customers on why that may be the best choice.

You’ll also have the opportunity to:

• Lead a team of Solutions Consultants, driving performance in-line with OKRs
• Be hands-on in running the end-to-end integration process for high-touch customers and billion-dollar businesses
• Understand our API and code base deeply in order to recommend solutions to partners
• Understand and effectively communicate our technical stack and product architecture to partners
• Interact with users by email, Discord, GitHub, and calls, helping them solve their Immutable X integrations
• Gain unique insights into how engineers build the newest or most interesting businesses make use of Immutable X
• Optimise and constantly update our documentation, “implementation guides” and use-cases to help scale the function

Ideally you’ll have:

• 5+ years as a client-facing solutions architect, sales engineer, integrations engineer or similar in an API-based SaaS company
• Demonstrated experience leading and/or growing a team
• Familiarity and high degree of confidence developing in a scripting language, SQL and web based languages (Javascript, etc)
• The ability to communicate technical concepts and explain how they work, both from a product feature and API architecture perspective
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Some extra skills that would be awesome:

• Crypto-native
• A strong interest in crypto / NFTs or gaming
• Experience with NewRelic / CloudWatch
