Job Description
In CTU, designers with user experiences and leadership are supposed to be:
- Part of the business analysis phase regarding usability/navigation considerations and other aspects.
- Collecting requirements, identifying design problems, and suggesting elegant solutions.
- Setting up a UX direction and presenting the guideline both orally and on paper.
- Validating members’ work of your team.
- Leading, collaborating and iterating with our UI team on the graphic implementation of your suggestions.
- Coaching and career planning with members of your team.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A highly collaborative, creative, empathetic, and innovative spirit.
- Designing the layout and flow of the user interface while keeping their needs in mind.
- Translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive and pleasant user experience.
- Identifying user behavior, goals, motivations and needs through various methods. Familiar with one or more UI / UX software (Adobe XD, Figma, Balsamiq, etc.) and able to create your own wireframes.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years working experience on UX design
- Experience on leading, staffing, mobilizing and developing a team of UX designers.
- Experience on driving the design of complex UX features.
- Solid experience on building and improving UX systems from conception to release to ensure an optimum player experience in line with the creative direction.
- Proficient in at least 1 prototyping tool for web products (Axure, Balsamiq or others)
- Proficient in at least 1 visual design tool (Photoshop, Illustrator or others)
- Familiar with the design specifications for products based on web; Familiar with design for dashboard, admin and backend system is a plus
- Quickly learning and understand business knowledge, interests on cutting edged technology (big data, load test and machine learning etc.) is a plus
