Lead Product Marketing (m/f/d)

As Lead Product Marketing in our Marketing department you know your audience, better than anyone, anywhere. If you have a vision of what you are trying to achieve, are able to drive that vision forward and take everybody else on board for the ride, then you are just the type of forward thinking go-getter that we want to bring on board. This role would oversee the entire Product Marketing team within our Hamburg head office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define the product vision and develop product road-maps and strategies.
- Effectively communicate with all marketing departments and development teams.
- Generate and establish marketing messaging in line with our product vision.
- Enforce the overall corporate branding and evaluate potential of all distribution campaigns.
- Oversee and manage the Product Marketing team which consists of product marketers, public relations, and customer relationship management.
- Increase the player base, conversion, user engagement and lifetime value of the games based on KPI evaluation.
- Document the process and identify problems.
- Take responsibility for the maintenance and continual optimization of processes and protocols.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Bring passion for collaboration and operate pro-actively.
- Exude a positive attitude and bring in your own ideas.
- Report to the Head of Marketing.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in the fields of Marketing, Communication or comparable qualification
- 4+ years of related industry experience as Marketing Manager, Product Manager or similar work environment
- Strong experience in executing marketing and brand campaigns
- Expert knowledge of crafting launch plans, from messaging to materials to delivery
- Deep understanding of games, especially browser and mobile products
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry news, technology trends, and the competitive landscape
- Experience in working with KPIs and databases is a plus
- Deep understanding of project management and coordination
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Self-motivation, good communication skills and a great team-player attitude
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Passion for games
- Fluent in written and spoken English
