Scopely is looking for a Lead Product Manager, LiveOps to join our Bingo Bash team in Israel on a hybrid basis!

Bingo Bash is a highly international team working on the biggest video game from India to date (measured by revenue). Here you will work on a top-grossing F2P game with significant and growing daily revenues, and help create fresh content for our players.
What You’ll Do
The Performance/Monetisation team at Bingo Bash, operates the live game, drives our monetization strategy, and ensures we have a healthy product. We are responsible for developing and operating live events, driving revenue and sales performance, and owning key game metrics.
As a Live Ops / Monetisation Lead for Bingo Bash, you will be at the heart of our game’s live operations and monetization strategies. Your primary focus will be to drive the performance of all content in the game (including core content, events, promotions and evergreen features), optimize our monetization tactics, and ensure a healthy game economy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including game design, UI/UX, and marketing, to build and implement engaging events and offers that improve player engagement and revenue.
Strategy and Planning
- Develop a comprehensive strategy and detailed plan for live events, sales, and new game content to increase long-term customer value
- Collaborate with game design and UI/UX teams to craft and write requirements for new events, sales, and game content
Feature Operations and Sales Management
- Partner with feature teams at all stages of development to ensure requirements from LiveOps perspective are addressed
- Design, build, and implement events, contests, and promotion plans to drive monthly goals and target metrics for the studio team
- Own and lead the implementation of events from concept to execution (including requirements, asset management, configuration, balancing, testing, messaging, and execution)
- Analyze the performance of events and sales and their impact on important metrics and game health to advise iterations and optimizations
- Operate existing features like Battlepass and Albums to drive monetization and experience goals, ensuring these features are consistently delivering value to players and contributing to overall revenue targets
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize live events and sales
Performance Monitoring
- Own game metrics such as Revenue, DAU (Daily Active Users), DAP (Daily Active Payers), ARPPU (Average Revenue Per User) and Retention
- Ensure the game has a healthy product lifecycle through continuous monitoring and improvement of performance metrics
Team Leadership
- Take ownership of the entire LiveOps team and drive outstanding performance
- Lead and mentor a small team of performance/product managers, providing mentorship and support to achieve team objectives
- Foster a culture of entrepreneurship within the team, encouraging innovative solutions to improve monetization and player engagement
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in performance/product management, marketing, or sales within the gaming industry
- Proven track record of managing live games and driving monetization strategies
- Strong leadership skills with ability to encourage a cross functional team and directly handle a small team
- Creative demeanor with a passion for mobile games and the ability to empathize with players
- Strong analytical abilities to undertake analysis and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Meticulous and a fast learner, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneousl
