Lead Producer

Main responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the creative production needs for an assigned area or business unit, ensuring quality, scope, cost, and dependencies are aligned upon and ready to work for campaigns.
- Evaluate and optimize capacity across a team or teams, based on team efficiency and velocity.
- Determine production strategy for requested assets and creative contributors evaluated against constraints and priorities.
- Uphold and implement a growth mindset and supporting behaviors of continual inspect and adapt.
- Product and delivery leadership of producers by providing mentorship, support, and career growth directly and indirectly.
- Implement project and asset delivery tracking through JIRA and scope management processes.
- Coordinate priority and roadmap planning, execution, review and delivery of project sprints and live updates.
- Set priorities of critical action items and workbacks, leading communications and alignment within and across teams.
- Proactively identify dependencies and risks to creative and campaign deliverables, implementing solutions to mitigate those risks.
- Define and continually improve the production process through root cause analysis and effective change management
- Communicate project status regularly with team members and track the status of tasks to ensure key goals are met with shortest cost of delay.
- Serves as an internal game critic and player advocate providing and collecting feedback with an eye towards making the game and supporting campaigns the best it can be.
- Champion an open, inclusive, and positive work environment through fearless questions and seeking to understand.
- Drives total clarity and visibility in ambiguity.
Desired skills and experience:
- 6+ years direct experience implementing and facilitating agile methodologies across teams and teams of teams
- 6+ years experience with JIRA, Rally, Confluence, and/or other project management tools at scale
- 8+ years direct experience identifying and resolving conflicting priorities and requests from various stakeholders across various levels
- 8+ years production experience with one or more complete development cycles in a production/program management role
- Preplanning, Launch and support of a product as a live service through the entire PDLC with emphasis on delivery and release
- Demonstrate outstanding organization, influence, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfortable switching between the tactical and strategic
- Proven track record working in rapid development cycles with creatives
- Experience leading multi-discipline teams with diverse opinions and goals, both internal and with external vendors
- Must be self-directed, detail oriented and a problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to a uniquely creative environment.
- Promote candid and constructive communication of issues with a show and tell approach.
