Why you matter

Why you As Lead Producer or Aspiring Lead Producer at Nequinox Studios, you will be at the heart of game development, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will steer multidisciplinary teams through the development cycle of complex video game titles, from concept to release. This role requires a combination of project management acumen, leadership skills, and a deep passion for video games.

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Game Design, Game Development or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in game production, with at least 2 years in a leadership or high Senior Role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Be able to give constructive feedback clearly and concisely to individuals, groups, and clients.
• A deadline-driven and motivational leader.
• A diplomatic conscientious, and proactive problem-solver
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the development process and life cycle, from early concept design to post-release support and all the stages in between.
• Familiar with Console TRCs and submission and certification processes.
