Lead Content Producer

We’re best known for co-developing numerous AAA FPS games, though we are also creating compelling new games of our own.
We are looking for a confident Lead Producer to be responsible for all content development for our new, unannounced game. This role involves leading a large team of developers on our biggest game pillar.

Responsibilities
- Drive all production tasks associated with the content side of a live service game; ensuring that everything we ship supports a great player experience
- Facilitate effective and efficient communication and collaboration across disciplines, teams, and stakeholders
- Create, maintain, and communicate content roadmaps and schedules
- Identify and manage risks, and establish and track risk mitigation plans
- Drive the content-related goals and plans of milestones in conjunction with the wider production team and the broad game development timeline
- Iterate on production processes to continuously improve our velocity, collaboration, predictability, and visibility
- Manage and mentor producers; collaborate with them to define near-term goals, mentor them regarding project or people challenges, support them in achieving career objectives
- Cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external partners to help ensure a strong, open, collaborative cross-department and cross-studio environment
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance department, and with partners as necessary, to drive product testing cycles, including usability testing
- Work with limited supervision and use independent judgment outside of established procedures when necessary
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of project management experience in game development
- Shipped at least one AAA console and PC titles in a Senior Producer or Lead Producer role
- Ability to create project roadmaps and define milestones, and monitor the progress of milestones and individual tasks against those schedules
- Experience using Agile game development methodologies
- Mastery of JIRA, Excel, Shotgun, or equivalent project management software packages
- Experience with large, AAA teams and distributed/remote development
- Demonstrable ability to create, track, and maintain team schedules, and to drive projects to completion on time
- Experience building and leading high functioning, quality-driven teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask across disciplines, assess risk, define priorities, and resolve problems while meeting deadlines
- Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, a good business head, and a positive attitude
- Works well within an open, highly collaborative environment
- Passion for video games and game development
Extra Credit
- Development experience with online multiplayer games and FPS/TPS titles
- Experience developing co-op games
- A player of online looter-shooters and a fan of cooperative gameplay
- Experience working on games as a service, free-to-play games, and live development
- Experience with large-scale development using UE4
- College degree in related field preferred such as Computer Science, Computer Graphic Art, or Project Management
