Job Summary
PeopleFun™ is seeking to grow our talent with a highly experienced and collaborative Lead Producer. Our ideal candidate is passionate about leveling up and introducing new ideas that will drive innovative products and experiences. You will be responsible for planning the course of development and fostering collaboration to help game teams reach alignment, navigate challenges and risks, and hit goals. You are experienced in driving outcomes for mobile games or other live-operated products. What You'll Be Doing
- Work with our Head Producer to establish the strategy of production and game development focused on high velocity, high quality, and operational excellence
- Establish best practice standards for processes and tools for production that enable predictability, project goals, early risk identification and mitigation
- Evaluate development roadmaps and formulate perspectives on aggressive and conservative roadmaps and delivery schedules; communicate effectively with game teams and leadership to set expectations and establish realistic delivery schedules
- Assess the team and identify staffing gaps, work with discipline leads across the organization to fill them, and help with onboarding and integration of new team members
- Own and improve work systems, team performance metrics, and goals setting
- Provide progress updates to senior leadership
- Help drive and foster a positive PeopleFun culture of learning and growth with transparency and accountability
Your Background
- Deep expertise and continual desire to learn new technologies and methodologies in Production
- A self-motivated individual who takes the initiative and make sense out of the ambiguous
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Strong project management and people skills
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar project tracking softwares
- Highly motivated, organized, self-managed, team player with strong influencing skills
- Strong sense of ownership to deliver features and products
- Quality mindset
- Heart of a mentor, desire to elevate those around you
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- In-depth knowledge of gaming culture
