Lead Player Experience Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and thoughtful Player Experience Lead to own and establish our strategy for providing excellent experiences for our players. We’re a small team, so you’ll work directly with our publishing, production, and development team to build out your strategy, without having to throw a hope and prayer over a wall in hopes that someone will answer. For now we’ll enhance your capabilities with a partner team, but you’ll be in charge of building out our internal support capacity as we scale.

In this job you will…

• Lead the player support experience for our first title due to launch later this year.
• Provide key insights into the largest issues our players are experiencing that the dev team can resolve.
• Provide input on the needs of the support team that enable the delivery of a top tier player experience.
• Create a global strategy and approach to responding and resolving player pain.
• Manage an external team of support staff to scale your own capabilities before we can scale up our own internal one.
  

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in player support for a shipped title.
• 2 years experience as a manager or lead (ideally).
• Experience with and knowledge of customer experience principles and methodologies.
• A love of games dating back to your childhood.
