Lead Pipeline Engineer

Playground Games is looking for a Lead Pipeline Engineer to join our Fable development team.

You will join the team and project at an early stage, giving you the rare opportunity to shape the technology used to build a large-scale AAA title.

Your deep understanding of the intersection of hardware and software performance will see you developing technologies critical in translating open world content into highly performant game ready data for our custom AAA game engine. Your proven interpersonal and leadership skills will enable you to grow, develop and guide a team of highly skilled engineers to develop cutting edge data pipelines for a AAA open world RPG title.

SKILL SUMMARY:

• A proven track record of leading a team of engineers
• At least one published AAA title in a lead or senior game engine or pipeline engineering role
• Exceptional C++ and software architecture skills
• Excellent knowledge of console technical requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for games
