Lead LiveOps Artist - YAHTZEE with Buddies

Scopely is looking for a LiveOps Lead Artist to joi n our YAHTZEE with Buddies in Barcelona on a hybrid basis working 2-3 days a week from the hub.

YAHTZEE is one of our casual free-to-play mobile games and is a classic board game with a new look. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.
What You Will Do
- Making sure all our art really fits the vibe we're going for with the project
- Keeping an eye on quality and making sure everything looks cohesive
- Looking after the team, helping them grow professionally while making sure everyone's feeling good
- Setting clear goals that both challenge and support the team
- Knowing our tools and techniques inside out, so we can work as efficiently as possible
- Working closely with the performance team, making sure we get what they need and communicate efficiently
- Making sure we're all on the same page from the get-go, spotting any issues early, and figuring out how to fix them
- Setting up meetings to kick things off and checking in to keep everything moving smoothly
- Handling how tasks are divided up, whether it's with folks inside or outside the team
- Setting up systems to keep track of what everyone's doing and making sure everything's running smoothly
- Prioritizing tasks and sticking to deadlines, all while being ready to pivot when things change on the fly
- Keeping an eye on outsourcing, making sure we've got the right balance between the tasks we've got and the people working on them
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership experience, leading an internal team and outsource operations - distributing tasks and ensuring all art assets are consistent
- A go-getter who loves solving problems and making things better. Always ahead of the game, spotting ways to improve how we work and making our team's life easier
- Experience with Production and Resource Management - smoothing out the rough edges in our workflow, making sure we are achieving our true potential
- An expert in Figma, Photoshop and is able to implement in Unity
- A tech-savvy innovator who keeps us all moving forward, but also makes sure we're having a good time doing it!
- Solution focused, displaying strong communication and collaboration skills with performance and other departments. Able to dive in, find solutions, and make a real difference to production
