Lead Game Designer (M/F/X) - New Games

This is an opportunity for you to make a casual mobile game of your choosing!
What you will do:
- As our Lead Game Designer, you’ll be spearheading your own Popcore mini studio, leading from the front as they execute a casual game design of your choice!
- Lead a team of Game Designers, Producers, Developers creating games that will scale and engage in the market through great gameplay and themes
- Be fully accountable for the games for the full end to end life cycle
- Collaborate with cross discipline teams; working with Production, Product and Leadership to hit committed goals and be the voice for the design team
- Moderate design meetings; ensuring productive outcomes and constructive feedback
- Operate effectively, balancing hands-on implementation and high-level direction
- Deliver content within quality requirements, on schedule, and within technical limitations
What we are looking for:
- 6+ years of experience as a game designer within F2P Mobile
- At least 1 year in direct management of game designers
- Demonstrable strong product/market aptitude
- Experience working with Unity Editor
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with impact, whilst promoting an open dialogue with your team
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills of your own and the teams' time
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable making difficult decisions
