Lead Engine Engineer

Playground Games is looking for a Lead Engine Engineer to join our racing project development team. You will lead an established team of Engineers and work with them to drive forwards the technology used to build a large-scale AAA title.

Your expert software architecture skills and experience of delivering robust, re-usable code will see you guide your team to achieve their goals. Under your leadership, your team will plan and deliver large, well-tested game systems and pipelines. You will play a vital role in the ongoing development of our technology.

You are driven by a passion for software engineering, as well as delivering high quality, innovative solutions. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, so your ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively is vital. You are highly motivated and approachable, with a strong desire to push the boundaries of technology.
