We connect some of the worlds’ leading game developers and premium advertising platforms, enabling game developers to monetize their content with interactive, programmatic brand placements. With the aim to be non-intrusive, tailored, and auctioned in real-time, Admix has kickstarted the next revolution in advertising.
Founded in 2017, we’ve experienced exciting growth, and our headcount currently sits at around 40 people. We’re looking for talented people to join our team who can provide value and help Admix enter into its next stages of success.
Requirements
Key responsibilities in this role 👩💻
- Data analysis in the advertising domain:
- User behavior analytics, user profiling
- Sales and promo analytics
- Gaming market intelligence, mobile app analytics
- Fraud analytics
- Data modeling and data quality checks design
- Business process modeling, metrics design
- Data consumers interview and surveys, requirements collection for analytics tools
- Analytical support and coaching
- Experiments and A/B tests design
- Data visualization and presentation of the analytics results
Key experience and Tech Stack Knowledge we’re looking for 💪 🔧
- Deep passion for data analytics, decision science, complex problem solving
- Practical experience on all the items in the Responsibilities section
- Master/PhD degree in STEM, economics or behavioral sciences
- Strong practical experience in SQL, working experience in BI and Reporting
- Systems analysis skills, experience in business process modeling using such methodologies as IDEF, UML, etc.
- Great interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain complex concepts to non-target audience
- Good command of English
- Proactive attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of ownership
Nice-to-have’s ✔️
- Experience in consumer behavior analytics in such domains as game development, internet services, financial services, retail, telco
- Programming experience in Python, R or other scripting languages
- Experience in data journalism
- Teaching experience
