Lead Community Producer

Job Description
Ubisoft’s Gameplan team is responsible for creating content that can bring our community’s play to the next level. We strategically partner with various cross-functional teams to create comprehensive plans that will be released across multiple digital platforms ranging from owned social handles to in-game integration using features that will give our players the help they need at the press of a button.
This specific role will lead the team’s Producer group, overseeing the various projects we take on and ensuring they’re delivered on-time. You’ll meet with the Community leadership team as well as cross-functional leadership to ensure we’re collecting the right feedback and implementing it where necessary, while fostering the talent on your team to become the future leaders of the Gameplan content team.
This role’s key to success will rely on:
- Industry Leadership: Your ability to define industry standards for Gameplan content and lead your team in a way that encourages experimentation and innovation within the digital content space.
- Accountability: Work with the Community leadership team to establish and meet quarterly KPIs
- Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally to enable your team to create comprehensive multi-channel campaigns
Responsibilities
- Lead the business cadence of the Content team’s Producer arm
- Work with the Community team’s leadership to split the group’s resources between:
- Awareness pieces about Gameplan
- In-game tips-and-tricks
- Fulfilling the needs of Sony
- Design asks from the organization
- Establish review pipelines for the Gameplan team, giving leadership the opportunity to provide the right amount of feedback while not holding back business priorities
- Integrate feedback from internal stakeholders, carefully choosing which feedback should be implemented and when we should advise not to implement.
- Establish and enforce KPIs for the group
- Work with leadership to create solutions to tough challenges
- Maintain the working relationship with agency partners that the Community team works with.
Qualifications
An ideal candidate for this position should have experience managing a team of creatives and holding them responsible for performance. This person can accurately forecast how long projects should take, and will provide the leadership necessary to execute them according to plan. They’ll have extensive experience managing other creative personnel with a specific focus on optimizing in-game assets for performance.
Skills and Knowledge
- Experience managing a team of producers, holding them capable to meeting the KPIs of their projects
- Ability to accurately forecast how long projects will take, and provide the leadership necessary to execute them according to plan
- Willing to provide tough feedback where necessary, helping your team to become the best in their field
- Highly organized and
- Experience collecting feedback from various disciplines and incorporating that into final products
- Experience growing talent on a team
