Job Description
We seek a Lead Business Analyst to own Illuvium's requirements and requirement management processes. The work will include typical Business Analyst duties, such as eliciting and documenting business requirements. You will also be required to optimise the current process for handling requirements across the business. This could include creating playbooks for requirements gathering, building workflows in Jira, or helping the team resolve a problem.

Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements for our products.
- Assist with bridging the gaps between game design and technical requirements.
- Establish requirements and management processes that are lightweight and effective.
- Create templates, playbooks, and other artefacts that help Illuvium gather and manage requirements.
- Be the champion of the MVP requirements.
- Help progress complex and divisive issues to resolution.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least five years and preferably ten years as a business analyst.
- An understanding of formal requirements and business architecture frameworks and the ability to diverge from these when they are too heavy or otherwise unsuited to the task.
- Familiarity with several project management approaches such as Scrum, PMP, Prince2, XP, and Kanban.
- Personal gravitas; the ability to galvanise effort and align the team without relying on a call to authority.
