사업PM은 HUB입니다.
Product Management는 게임의 전반적인 서비스 전략을 세우는 포지션입니다.게임을 제작하는 개발팀과 게임을 서비스하는 마케팅, 운영, 그리고 다양한 지역 본부 사이에서,
원활하게 협업이 이뤄질 수 있도록 하는 커뮤니케이션 허브 역할을 하고 있습니다.
사업PM 한 명, 한 명이 곧 글로벌 프로젝트입니다.
