Junior Video Designer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Video Designer to collaborate with our design team to produce exceptional media assets for use across a variety of platforms. The candidate is required to have notable skills in carrying out tasks within the field of audio-video media as well as bringing a flexible skillset that also touches on other forms of media. attract mode hosts notable clients in the realm of gaming ranging from independent development studios and AAA publishing companies — all things considered, the candidate should have passion and familiarity with not only games but also the industry.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborate closely with internal as well as external design teams to create visually engaging and compelling content
• End-to-end video editing of scripted content
• Adapting material to assorted dimensions and time durations for different platform deployments
• Import, mix, and level audio
• Ensure consistency across each media deliverables
• Improve processes, including streamlining workflows and progress reporting
• Providing fresh takes on diverse campaigns and design best practices

Qualifications:

• A degree in motion/graphic design or a comparable subject or training
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written
• Minimum of a year of design experience with emphasis on video and animated assets (Candidates with gaming industry background preferred)
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite — specifically After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• 3D animation experience is an additional advantage

Required Experience/Skillset:

• A portfolio that highlights your skillset for the position
• Adequate communication skills
• Flexibility and understanding of different design styles and a keen eye for detail to make use of submitted assets to provide a consistent voice of each deliverable
• Possess a great understanding of editing rhythms, dynamics, compositions, layouts, typography, and motion graphics expressiveness. Demonstrating a command of these principles in the development of engaging content that communicates a clear understanding of its target audience
• Awareness/understanding of current design trends as well as an abundant imagination that complements your technical skills
