(Junior) Talent Acquisition Manager

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you are our key player in attracting and hiring international talent in an industry bigger than music and film combined. You will be part of a highly dedicated and fun team - we love to achieve our team goals and to celebrate this together.
Your mission:
- Be in the driver's seat. You steer the recruitment process ranging from the definition of a search profile, selection, and orchestration of different search strategies to evaluating candidates and final contract negotiations - meanwhile, keeping a constant focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Excite passive candidates. With your enthusiasm, you win the best talent for InnoGames and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process.
- Be the quality gate. Conduct and moderate competency-based interviews together with your hiring managers, both virtual and face-to-face.
- Act as consultant. Be a partner to your hiring managers, steer recruitment agencies and collaborate with internal stakeholders in HR and beyond.
- Stay curious. Expand active sourcing and recruitment channels, tweak our processes and tools to support our best-in-class vision.
Your profile:
- First recruiting experience - preferably in the online industry. More than one year of relevant professional experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates, as well as contract negotiation and relocation procedures.
- Theoretical background. Completed university degree or equivalent education in a related field.
- Professional approach. Distinct service orientation, highly self-organized and result-oriented way of working.
- Tools. Essential experience with online sourcing tools and application tracking systems, e.g. Jobvite.
- Communication and diagnostic skills. You are comfortable in steering interviews efficiently and communicating as well as providing feedback pro-actively to stakeholders on all levels.
- English language skills. You are open-minded, confident working in a multicultural environment, and eager to use your excellent English skills every day.
