Role Overview
As a Junior Project Manager in Tripledot Studios, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of game development projects using Agile methodologies.
You will report to a Project Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and learn the ropes of Agile project management.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with backlog management, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Agile project management within the dynamic world of mobile gaming.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently, on time, quality and as per agreed scope, small and medium size projects (1-3w) using both Project management & Agile Project management practices.
- Focus on understanding and delivering project features with attention to detail.
- Work closely with team members to address scope changes and manage expectations.
- Learn to identify potential risks to project timelines and proactively communicate them.
- Act as a Scrum Master for one (1) project team/pod (up to 15 people), ensuring effective execution of the framework and its ceremonies (i.e sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint retrospective, sprint review, backlog refinement etc,)
- Show a clear understanding of Agile principles and how to best apply them for delivery purposes.

- Communicate effectively within the project team, ensuring all team members are informed and aligned with project goals and task.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and report project statuses accurately.
- Begin to participate in cross-functional meetings and demonstrate active listening and clear articulation.
- Collaborate with team members and provide a platform for open and transparent communication.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 1-2 years minimum in Project Management related roles
- Understanding of Agile Methodology
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team.
- Strong organizational and task management abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
- A strong interest in the Games industry, ideally experience participating in Game Jams.
