Tilting Point is seeking a passionate Junior Project Manager who is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

The Junior Project Manager will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets working with the VP of Creative, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. Within the confines of the company's goals and vision. The Junior Project Manager needs to be detailed oriented and able to work across different office locations and timezones. Successful project managers have excellent communication skills. The Junior Project Manager should be a faster learner and understand the basics of working with Jira.

  • Experiences working with key stack holders, such as Directors and Managers
  • College or university diploma in Administration and Organisation management
  • Jira knowledge
  • Passionate and eager to learn
  • Detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills
  • Quick to understand processes and can make changes where needed to improve
  • Efficient in a word processing application
  • Skilled in Time Management
  • Understands working and managing budgets
