Your role:
As a Junior Project Manager at Aesir Interactive, you will play a crucial role in our project management team, focusing on internal projects and assisting in developing our project management processes. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be key in maintaining smooth workflows and ensuring effective communication across various departments.
Your Daily Work
- Assisting in managing stakeholders and communicating with internal departments.
- Supporting the team to ensure efficient workflows and serving as a communication hub.
- Collaborating in leading and coordinating a game development team through all project phases, from concept to release and ongoing support.
- Aiding in the planning, scheduling, and risk management of projects.
- Contributing to development operations by organizing meetings, and addressing team needs.
- Sharing responsibility for the project team, budget, and overall project success.
Your Profile
- A proactive individual ready to actively contribute from the start.
- Basic experience or understanding of project management.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum/Kanban), waterfall planning, and project management tools.
- Knowledge in Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Excel or other project management software.
- Good organizational and risk management skills.
- A team player with excellent communication skills in English.
