We keep developing and our team is growing. We’re currently looking for a Junior Product Specialist (LiveOps)!

What will you be doing?
- Managing and designing challenging and satisfying events and activities for the players;
- Developing and improving the current formula of in-game events based on collected data;
- Defining new goals to improve live ops strategy and scheduled in-game events;
- Creating new efficient methods of monetization and optimisation of revenues;
- Defining monthly sales strategy and plan promotions to maximise virtual goods revenue;
- Analysing game metrics to identify opportunities for optimising performance, incl. conversion, retention, churn, and customer lifetime value;
- Cooperating with internal engineering teams to design new promotion formats and improve monetization tools while taking care of the game economy;
- Analysing the game industry, its products, and market;
- Monitoring business competitors.
