As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Junior Legal Executive to join the team and help us in crafting the high caliber games our fans have come to expect.
Responsibilities
- Legal Collaboration: Be a member of the legal team and assist and collaborate closely with senior legal counsels to navigate a variety of legal challenges and report directly to the group General Counsel.
- Document Handling: Take an active role in the drafting, management, and review of crucial legal documents, including commercial contracts and licensing agreements, under the guidance of our in-house solicitor.
- Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research across multiple jurisdictions, focusing on areas critical to the gaming industry such as intellectual property, data protection, and consumer law.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with internal protocols, statutory regulations, and other legal requirements specific to the gaming industry.
- Knowledge Enhancement: Contribute to the team's continuous learning by integrating the latest legal trends and best practices specific to the gaming industry.
- Internal Support: Serve as a supportive legal contact within the company, ensuring effective communication and documentation workflows.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Experience: Background in a legal setting preferred, including internships. Recent law graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required. Additional languages, such as French or Spanish, are beneficial.

- Strong foundational knowledge with a keen interest in intellectual property, data protection, and consumer law.
- Excellent adaptability to rapidly changing legal landscapes.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
