About the role:

As IT Support Technician, you will be working as part of our IT Support team that’s based in Södermalm, Stockholm. You will primarily provide support to our employees with day to day technical tasks such as:

Our IT environment consists of an array of different types of products and services, as it is important that we support different types of platforms and hardware for the developers and players.

You’ll work together with the rest of our IT team on projects to make sure our infrastructure scales to meet the demands of the organisation, and is keeping up to date with the industry.

You’ll help towards continuously making our IT environment stable, secure and modern for our publishers and developers.

Your background:

We believe you are a person with a genuine interest in helping people. You greet people with a welcoming smile and instinctively reach out your hand to help, before being asked. You have an inquisitive nature, are curious and eager to learn. You are logical, but thinking outside of the box also comes very natural to you. You are able to articulate yourself very well in English.

Requirements:

It would be advantageous if you also had experience in some sort of business platform (e.g. GSuite, O365), ticket system (e.g. Zendesk, Freshservice), asset/inventory system, troubleshooting hardware and operating systems. What’s more important (but not required) is to have a taste for good food and silly humour.

For this role we will not relocate because of economics in the department
