We are looking for results-driven Junior HR Project Manager based in Cinisello Balsamo to join our HR Team in Europe.
The Junior HR Project Manager will work with the Regional HR Director - Europe and with the all HR European team in order to support in our HR projects according to our business objectives and company needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and optimize communication templates for outreach messaging and support HR activities
- Proofreads and makes appropriate edits to content produced within the HR regional department including content for employee communications, training material, videos and e-learning
- Support the Regional HR Director in several HR projects providing reports on project progress and status and keeping track of the activities
- Working with the HR regional team to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time
- Prepare templates to collect data and make analysis
- Prepare presentations for HR projects and initiatives
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role should have: an excellent focus on details, excellent communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding organizational skills.
Technical requirements
Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Marketing-Communication
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint as well as Adobe
A short experience in HR
Excellent English both written and verbal
