Job Description

What you will do

· Pitch, design and prototype game features;

· Create and maintain design documentation, including feature metrics, specification and implementation guidelines;

· Implement, balance and bug fix gameplay features by using Unity.

· Collaborate with the team to ensure the implementation of systems into actual gameplay maintaining the overall balance between multiple gameplay systems.

岗位职责

•提出、设计新的游戏功能并制作相应的原型demo;

•创建和维护设计文档,包括游戏特性指标、设计规范和实施指南;

•通过使用Unity引擎实现和平衡游戏功能并修复bug。

•与团队合作,确保游戏系统在实际游戏中的实现,保持多个游戏系统之间的总体平衡。

Qualifications

· Comfortable with both conceptual and practical aspect of game design;

· Strong creative skills and ability to analyze with critical judgment gameplay systems;

· Open to constructive criticism and able to listen and give feedbacks to others;

· Task driven with problem-solving attitude;

· Comfortable with a development schedule that is playtest-driven and focused on fast iterations and polish;

· Strong motivation and interpersonal skills;

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

· Solid written and read in English.

· Knowledge of UX Design.
