Job Overview
Wargaming Sydney is seeking a Junior Desktop Support Specialist to join our fun, talented and multinational team. You will join our IT
team and will be responsible for the installation and support of all workstations, printers, software and IT inventory. You will be
working closely with software developers to provide all the necessary resources and support they require. Successful candidates will
exhibit attention to details, strong initiative and be able to take ownership of technical problems, seeing them through to their
resolution.
Please note that the position is a 6 month fixed-term contract, full-time in the office.
What are we looking for?
- Desktop support experience (Windows, Mac)
- Office software
- Hardware deployment and troubleshooting (workstations and laptops)
- Team player
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- IT asset management experience
- Windows administration experience
- Mobile devices
- PowerShell scripting
