Junior Data Analyst

Xsolla is an international high-tech company that creates services for games. We create solutions for developers to receive payments, acquire users, publish games worldwide and provide 24/7 technical support. Such companies as Twitch, Valve, Epic Games, Take2, Warner Brothers and many others are our partners.

We are looking for a new team member in Xsolla Monetization. Our job is to discover product growth opportunities, monitor its health, and help the team make data-driven decisions. We're looking for an expert to work in product data analytics. Our team is focusing on developing a data-driven approach to product management. If you want to be closer to game dev, you’d like to work in a multilingual environment, and you love challenges - we should take a closer look at each other!

Analyse anomalies in traffic and user behaviour

Prepare analytical reports and ad-hoc queries

Build dashboards to monitor product metrics

Generate hypotheses to improve product metrics

Communicate a lot with product teams on how and where they store their data

SQL knowledge, experience in working with databases to retrieve and process information

Experience in processing and visualizing data with Python (Pandas, Numpy, Dplyr, Datatable, Matplotlib, ggplot2)

Critical thinking

Good communication skills, especially the ability to explain mathematical information in simple language

Willingness to deal with data and its problems :)

As an advantage: experience using BI tools
