Your tasks
As Junior Community Manager (f/m/x) you are the direct link between our players and the game teams as well as the first point of contact for our voluntary support staff. You are in touch with the players, know their needs, wishes, and concerns, and communicate these to the game team. You explain, understand, and engage with them on a variety of game-related topics.
Your mission is to coordinate & train our external support staff and evolve our policies and workflows. Additionally you will be responsible for managing the community for our title “Supremacy 1914”.
- Provide regular feedback to the game team on community sentiment, trends, ideas and needs.
- Assist game teams, marketing, and customer support with game-related questions and community knowledge.
- You inform our players about game updates, events, and other important news.
- Take ownership of content strategy planning and content creation for Supremacy 1914 (news, social media content).
- Manage all our communication channels, e.g. our Discord for Supremacy 1914.
- Coordinate with our voluntary support staff daily and organize and manage the team.
- Your goal: Support all players so that they have the best possible gaming experience.
Your profile
- You already gathered first experiences in community management.
- You have excellent written and verbal English skills.
- You are a team player with a high level of independence, self-organization and collaborative personality.
- You pay attention to detail and accuracy.
- You have the ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions, no matter how heated it might get.
- Excellent knowledge of one of the following languages is of advantage: French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian or Spanish.
- You are a gamer yourself and you are passionate about our games.
