Summary
The Junior Marketing and Game Artist iGaming role is responsible for marketing art asset creation, approval and distribution for iGaming at Anaxi. You will work as part of the internal Art team to create art assets for use in marketing materials by both our internal stakeholders and external partners. It requires a hands-on approach to providing excellent services to Anaxi customers globally. To be successful in this role the candidate must be focused on putting the customer first, be able to clearly communicate and partner with customers and the Anaxi art team and be continually looking for opportunities to improve the internal procedures, external communications, and the overall art creation process to create longevity for Anaxi iGaming titles. The core responsibilities of this role are create a broad spectrum of game marketing assets which include but are not limited to: Animations, game logos, branding, (brand design, brand guides, branded content management, etc.), banners, promo videos, static assets, and provide digital assets for internal and customer special events such as launch functions or giveaways. The Marketing and Game Artist will need to be capable to provide creative asset concepting, collaboration, and design.Pay Range

- Support and exemplify the culture of the Live Ops division which is one that prioritizes the well-being of employees, and the success of operators globally
- Create Marketing assets at the direction and guidance provided by Live Ops leadership and support the overall Anaxi team
- Partner with marketing art leads to ensure assets meet the goals, briefs, and brand requirements
- Understand and utilize the art outsource databases and the external vendor relationships across multiple projects
- Become a vital part of the internal art team that can scale as the Anaxi iGaming business grows over the coming years
- You have a portfolio that demonstrates an expert level of proficiency in various digital art styles
- The ability to follow the art style of samples created by the art lead
- Can execute a variety of styles, and demonstrates comfort in 2D or 3D concept and production art
- Deliver work on schedule and self-manage time
- Contribute to the knowledge repository for iGaming operations documentation for operators and Anaxi team members
- Solid drawing and illustrating skills
- Proven experience of User Interface design
- Assist with other special projects as required
- Pluses - Experience as a game artist on a released mobile title
What we're looking for
- 2+ years’ work experience in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Publishing, Gaming or Animation field
- Familiarity with art content creation pipelines (2D, 3D, animation, etc)
- Have a broad understanding of global art and visual trends, particularly in the entertainment space
- Experience with Photoshop, 3D programs, and other game authoring tools
- Ability to partner, educate and communicate complex strategies, technologies and solutions to peers, customers, and senior leadership through presentations as needed
