Internship (6 Months) July 2022 - CRM Triggered Email Specialist Assistant (F/M/NB)

Job Description

Within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) department and in permanent contact with the product managers and the subsidiaries, you will assist the CRM Operations Specialist in his mission of setting up "triggered" / automatic emailing campaigns.
You may also be required to work on cross-functional projects depending on the CRM activity.

Your main missions will be the following:
Contribute to the development of new automatic email campaigns

• Receive the need
• Coordinate the campaign
• Collaborate with the different contact points to ensure the smooth running and deployment of the campaign
• Make recommendations and proposals on CRM campaigns
• Ensure the proper deployment of campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Follow-up on the production of existing campaigns: follow-up on optimizations and content updates

• Receive the need
• Participate in the optimization and update of the various existing transactional campaigns

Analysis of the results of the actions implemented: monitoring of campaign performance indicators and reporting.

• Monitor the good progress of the campaigns,
• Identify the pain points of the different campaigns via the performance indicators
• Be responsible for the documentation of the channels operated

Qualifications

• You are a student, you are autonomous, you are diplomatic and have a strong sense of organization, as well as initiative and analytical skills
• You are fluent in English (written and oral),
• You have a good knowledge of HTML
• You know how to coordinate a project between different interlocutors and wish to discover the fields of CRM and Digital Marketing,
• The plusses for this position: a first CRM experience, a first use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as a good knowledge of the video game market,
