Job Description

Within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) department and in permanent contact with the product managers and the subsidiaries, you will assist the CRM Operations Specialist in his mission of setting up "triggered" / automatic emailing campaigns.
You may also be required to work on cross-functional projects depending on the CRM activity.

Your main missions will be the following:
Contribute to the development of new automatic email campaigns

Follow-up on the production of existing campaigns: follow-up on optimizations and content updates

Analysis of the results of the actions implemented: monitoring of campaign performance indicators and reporting.
