Internal communications and CSR specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Internal communication strategy implementation: build strong communication ecosystem via relevant tools and content, maximize level of employees’ awareness and engagement
• Deliver company’s mission and values in all activities
• Develop and manage internal communication projects implementation (plan, lead, execute, measure its success, and improve the programs as needed)
• Prepare messaging and other internal materials. Copywriting: public speeches, press releases, posts, events scenarios, greeting cards, briefings etc.
• Handling internal crisis communications
• Develop and implement CSR strategy. Leading CSR projects with involvement colleagues
• Proactively build and maintain relationships with external partners where Ubisoft can help to make a difference;
• Delivering reports, consistent communication and key-results to senior stakeholders and Ubisoft HQ;
• Working in close collaboration with other Ubisoft Studios and Ubisoft HQ on CSR activities.

Your social competency empowers you to resolve conflicts and drives your curiosity to reach common goals, based on the bigger picture. For example, through presenting options, explaining challenges or pitching ideas.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in internal communication, including on CSR topics;
• Project management skills (organizational, planning, task & stakeholder management);
• Ability to work across cultures and with diverse communities;
• Exceptional communication skills in all forms, verbal and written
• English - Upper-Intermediate and higher level of English
