Three years ago in a student flat in Karlsruhe we dreamed of becoming the most player-centric games developer in the world. Fast forward to 2019: We’re now a team of more than 100 people in our studio in Kreuzberg, Berlin, and our two mobile games ‘Idle Miner Tycoon’ and ‘Idle Factory Tycoon’ have reached more than 100 million global downloads.

Job Description
If you are a people person with strong communication skills and a creative streak, this is the job for you. Our Community team is looking for an intern for 6 months, to help support them in assisting our millions of players. Your main tasks would be interacting with players across numerous social media channels and helping to create written content for those channels. We strive to be the most player-centric games company in the world, so high quality customer service is a must!
Responsibilities
- Communicate with and support players in direct messages
- Actively moderate posts and engage with our community across various social media platforms
- Write engaging texts for the social media images created by our artists
- Come up with ideas for interesting social media posts
- Monitor and report community engagement and feedback
- Present community feedback to our game teams, to allow us to be the most player-centric developer in the world
Required skills
- Experience in creating content for social media (either professionally or in your spare time)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A player-centric mindset
- Highly motivated and open-minded
- Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable skills
- Managing online communities (either professionally or in your spare time) is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills in German is a plus
