About your role:
Purchase Assistant, reporting to purchase manager and is responsible for procurement system data maintenance, including vendor creation and update, manage contract document, etc. Join Ubisoft for a 6-month internship as a purchasing assistant, where you will learn about the standardized work process and unique corporate culture of a multinational company!

What you will do:
- Understand the purchase process
- Following our purchase procedures and collaborate with all stakeholders
- Follow up contract signing process and manage purchase contract
- Support Purchaser Manager or buyers to do other daily purchase works.

Qualifications
What you should be equipped with:
- Bachelor’s degree in International logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent
- You should be a current university student, and available to work for at least 6 months (4 working days a week, can request leave if necessary)
- Good English reading and writing skills
- Fast learner, good interpersonal skills and teamwork-oriented
- Familiar with outlook, word, excel, and PPT
- Excellent sense of responsibility and communication skills
